It's a world of choices: Our goal is to eliminate one

The Proactive Network Against Substance Abuse (PRONASA) is a San Diego County non-profit organization dedicated to educating children and adults in the areas of substance abuse prevention and narcotic identification in order to promote safe and drug-free schools, communities and workplace environments. Seminars are free and directed by law enforcement personnel with experience in narcotics. The organization was formed in 2002 by Phillip Hubbs. Hubbs served more than 30 years with the San Diego Police Department before retiring in 2009.
